Hickory Mountain Beef

We raise healthy cattle for high quality meat production, ultimately providing our customers with a SAFE and superior tasting product. Our cattle are taken to a NCDA inspected processing plant in central North Carolina. Once processed, the beef is hung and aged for 14 days. The selection of finished cuts will be vacuum packed, frozen and delivered to your door.

Farm Operation:

We only select calves that display traits for rapid growth and good disposition.We also group them by age and weight to promote a healthful and stable environment. By managing small herds we have intimate knowledge of the calves, which allows us to closely monitor each one to maturity.Our cattle are grazed on high quality forages in pasture management systems and finished on natural grains. OUR CATTLE ARE NOT FED HORMONES OR ANTIBIOTICS.

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required with each order.
  • Deposit is required prior to processing
